Keith Lawyer Management Company, Inc. (KLM) was founded in 1993 for the purpose of managing a growing chain of nightclubs. At that time, the company had three initial client clubs located in Baytown, Longview, and Temple, Texas. Since then, KLM has been committed to developing profitable nightclub entertainment venues. Our formula for success has been repeated over the years and we now proudly manage clubs in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Kentucky and generate gross revenues of over $22 million annually.

Besides providing high-volume, efficient, courteous, and profitable service of alcoholic beverages, the company's emphasis is the successful marriage of entertainment and alcohol service. Maintaining responsible alcohol serving practices are paramount to the success of the clubs managed by KLM.
